Click "Enroll" on the login page to set up your Digital Banking access. You'll need your member number and contact info on file.

Go to onpointcu.com and enter your Login ID and password in the Digital Banking login box on the homepage. Click 'Login' to access your account. You can also use the OnPoint Mobile app available on iOS and Android.
Your OnPoint Login ID is the username you created when you enrolled in Digital Banking. It is not your member number or Social Security number. If you forgot your Login ID, call OnPoint Member Services at 503.228.7077 or 800.527.3932.
Visit onpointcu.com and click 'Enroll' in the Digital Banking login box. Fill out the enrollment form with your member details. You'll receive a temporary password to use for your first login. Call 800.527.3932 if your info doesn't match.
On the onpointcu.com login page, click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your Login ID and follow the steps to reset your password via email or phone. You can also reset it directly in the OnPoint Mobile app under Security Preferences.
Your OnPoint account locks after too many incorrect password attempts. To unlock it, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page, or call Member Services at 503.228.7077 or 800.527.3932 — available Monday through Saturday.
Yes. In the OnPoint Mobile app, go to Menu → Security Preferences → Touch/Face ID and toggle it on. This works on both iPhone (Face ID / Touch ID) and Android (Fingerprint Login) for quick and secure access.
Yes. OnPoint uses multi-factor authentication with Secure Access Codes (SAC), encrypted connections, and automatic logout after inactivity. Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA.
